DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That  I, CATALINO CLATA, married to Teodora L. Clata of legal age, Filipino, resident of New Canaan, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, owner of  the following parcels of land situated at New Canaan, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, which is more particularly described as follows;

“An agricultural parcel of land having a Title no. of P-39,362, a lot no. of 202, gss-09-000025 containing an area of FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND and FORTY  SQUARE METERS  (58,040 SQ. M.) bounded on the SE- along line 10-1 by lot 241; along line  1-2 by lot 242; on the SW-along line  2-3 by lot 244; on the NW- along line  3-5 by lot 246; on the NE- along line  5-6 and on NW- along line 6-7 by lot 201; on the NE- along line 7-8,; and o the NW- along line  8-9 by lot 203; on the NE- along line 9-10 by lot 240; all of Gss-09-000025, Titay Group Settlement Subdivision.

That for in consideration of the sum of TEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P10,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by EDMUNDO G. CALIB-OG, married to Merly M. Calib-og of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Kipit, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY, his heirs by assigning an area of  THREE HUNDRED  SQUARE METERS ( 300 SQ.M.) or (15x 20 SQ. M.) more or less, to be taken from the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this ____ day of  ______, 2016 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
