DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE 4 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That ____________________  , of legal age, Filipino, widow and a resident of _____________, is the lawful owner of a residential building situated at National Road Right of Way, Kitabog, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows:             A residential building with Tax Declaration no. 08622, built in concrete materials and of G.I. roofing, having an area of Fifty Six Square Meters (56 sq.m.), with a market value of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Only (350,000) and an assessed value of One Hundred Five Thousand Only (105,000).                         That for in consideration of the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P 350,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by my daughter ______________ , of legal age, Filipino and resident of _______________________ do hereby SELL, TRANSFER , and CONVEY unto the said vendee, all my rights over the above described
