The Office of the Municipal Assessor in Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay has a Project on Tax Mapping and supposed to be implemented these early months of CY 2017 but unfortunately, we were not able to hit the target because of some confusions, whether to pursue the Tax Mapping Project by making maps manually and experienced the same fate as we encountered every day in the office, and or shift the Real Property Tax Mapping with the use of computers. If we opt to use Tax Mapping with a computer  .  .  .  .  who will then the right resource persons/ office to approach? Desperately, until now we have not implemented the said project.

Until such time that one of my staff has introduced to me about the expertise of your office with regards to the use of manifold /GIS on surveying.

My office plan to schedule a training /workshop as soon as possible, as long as you would graciously share the expertise of your office and or by means of your staff as our valued “instructors” during the said activities. Not only we’ll gladly pay any fee for your compensations, but we’ll also cover the expense for all your meals as well as your travel and accommodation. 

As a Municipal Assessor and head of this office I have a great desire to have a quality and speedy service to all my clients who visit our office every day and this would only be possible if we could use computers in our Tax Mapping and this would only be realized with this training /workshop.

I want to know the availability of your time in your busy schedule, so that I can have an appointment with yourself or to any of your designated staff to make appropriate arrangements. Also I would like to have a rough idea for the time-frame of the lecture and discussion session during the workshop considering that my knowledge with regards to this is still limited.
