COMFIRMATION OF PREVIOUS  DONATION

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

      This Instrument is made and executed this  ____  day of __________, 2017 at Titay Zamboanga Sibugay by and between:

HEIRS OF ELMANI JAMILON, Filipino, of legal age, presently married and a resident of Poblacion Muslim, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR and

ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF IPIL, a resident of Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, referred to as the DONEE, withnesseeth that:

      The DONOR is the owner of a parcel  of land, having a lot no. of 829-B-1-H-5, Psd-09-068186, with a title no. of T-59, 370, situated at Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, containing an area of ONE HUNDRED NINETY SEVEN SQUARE METERS  (197 SQ.M.), bounded on the North along line  3-4 and on the East., along lines 4-5-1 by road  lot 829-B-1-H-9 of the subd. Plan, on the South.,  along line 1-2 by lot no. 829-B-1-H-9 of the subd. Plan, and on the West 2-3 by road  lot 829-B-1-J, Psd-09-013670.

That for and in consideration of the love, affection, and a worth to remember act which the DONOR has for the DONEE, the former does hereby conveys by way of DONATION  the above described parcel of land, free from any lien, conflict  and encumbrance whatsoever;     

That for purposes of giving full effect to this DONATION, the DONOR does hereby manifests that he/she has reserved for himself/herself and his/her family certain properties sufficient for their basic needs in life;

The DONEE hereby accepts the above DONATION and expresses his/their/her thanks and gratitude for his/her kindness and liberality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES HEREUNTO SET THEIR HANDS AT Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay this ____ day of _________, 2014
