DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

That I,  MERELYN MASCARIÑAS, widow, of legal age, Filipino, resident of Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay,  has owned a portion from a parcel of land as per Deed of Absolute Sale with doc no. 121, page no. 25, book no. 54, series 2016 by Atty, Richard B. Rambuyong and dated April 14, 2016 more particularly described as follows:

“A  parcel of  land owned by Jose Labiano et al known as lot no. 1629, Pls 248, C-4, having an area of SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE  HUNDRED FIFTY SIX  SQUARE METERS (77,356 SQ. M.) located at Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay.     

That for in consideration of the sum of  ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND  PESOS ONLY (P100,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by AURIO A. REYES married to Hasmin T. Reyes and of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee by assigning an area of SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY TWO SQUARE METERS (732 SQ.M.)  that assigned to me from the above described parcel of land with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set my hands this ____ day of  December, 2017 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
