DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

That WE, VIRGINIA MAG-ASDANG COLUMIA, FE M. MAG-ASDANG, ELIONIE M. MAG-ASDANG, MARCELO M. MAG-ASDANG and  TIRSO M. MAG-ASDANG, all of legal age, Filipinos, residents of Culasian, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, all are children of the late  Pedro Mag-asdang  and all are the lawful owners of a parcel of land situated at Culasian, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows: 

“An unsurveyed agricultural  parcel of  land, with a Tax Declaration no. of A-15-0006-00205 containing an area of EIGHTY THOUSAND  SQUARE METERS  ( 80,000 SQ.M.); with boundaries at N- by Juliano Paguira; E- by Benjamin Ticulan; S- by Diady Paguira.      

That for in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND  PESOS ONLY (P40,000.00) to us in hand paid to our entire satisfaction by our nephew / son, JOSELITO D. MAG-ASDANG, single, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Culasian, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee her/his heirs  by assigning an area of  TWENTY THOUSAND  SQUARE METERS (20,000 SQ.M.) more or less, to be taken from the above described parcel of land with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of  ____, 2012 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
