DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, EMETERIO P. FAMISARAN, ALFONSO P. FAMISARAN, SERGIO p. FAMISARAN, SALVACION D. FAMISARAN, RUBEN D. FAMISARAN and LOLITA FAMISARAN OROSO all of legal age, Filipinos,  children of the late Francisco Famisaran., married to Amparo S. Bustamante (deceased), the only child, born out of wedlock from PAQUERA, JULIANA, all are residents of Palomoc, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, are owners of a parcel of land situated at Culasian, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows:

“ An unsurveyed parcel of land with Tax Declaration no. 01905 containing an area of SIXTY THOUSAND SQUARE METERS  (60,000 SQ.M.), located at Culasian, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay with adjacent boundaries  to wit;

            North-  By Francisco Tumangga.;  East- By Vicente Dalman; South -  by Fortunato Gocutano;   West-   by Pascual Magasdang

            That for in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P100,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by SANDRA G. ACOSTA, married to Vito Acosta, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY my rights unto the said vendee, her/his heirs by assigning an area of  TWENTY THOUSAND SQUARE METERS (20,000 SQ.M.) more or less to be taken from the above described parcel of land with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.
