DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That We, ORLANDO PEKILAN and YOLANDA PEKILAN of legal age, Filipinos, resident of Camanga, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay and the owner of portion of a parcel of land as per Extrajudicial Partition of the Estate of the Late Ceriaco Paculba by Atty. Josefino P. Sael with PTR No. 1709895 dated ‘01/06/09; doc no. 620; page no. 25; book no. 16 and series of 2009  which is more particularly described as follows: 

“A parcel of  land, identified as lot no. unsurveyed area, situated at Malagandis, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay (formerly Zamboanga del Sur).  Bounded on the North by Mateo Romano; on the South by Perfecto Tutuan; on the West by Benvenido Mendez; and on the East by Rica Romano. Containing an area of SIXTY THOUSAND (60,000) Square Meters, more or less.” 

That for in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY  (P30,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by JOECELYN P. REYES, married to Manolito A. Reyes, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee,  his heirs by assigning an area of  TEN THOUSAND SQUARE METERS (10,000 SQ.M.) more or less as per mentioned on Extrajudicial Partition of the Estate of the Late Ceriaco Paculba of the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this ____ day of  _______, 2015 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
