DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, ROMEO B. SIBUD, of legal age, Filipino, single, resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay and the lawful owner of a parcel of land situated at Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows: 

“A parcel of  land known as lot no. 5062 Pls 248 , with a Title no. O-5,510 and T.D. no. 06210, containing an area of SIXTY TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY FIVE  SQUARE METERS  (62,555 SQ. M.), located at Ipil, Zamboanga delSur, now Zamboanga Sibugay, bounded on the East – points 4-1, by lot no. 5063, on the South – points 1-2, by lot no. 5077, on the West – points 2-3, by lot no. 5061, and on the NW- points 3-4, by road. 

            That for in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED  THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P100,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by PRECY M. SIBUD, single, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee,  his heirs by assigning an area of  TEN THOUSAND SQUARE METERS (10,000 SQ.M.) more or less, known as lot no. 5062-B,  and another TEN THOUSAND SQUARE METERS (10,000 SQ.M.) more or less, known as lot no. 5062-C as per approved subdivision plan and  both are to be taken from the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this ____ day of  ________, 2012 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
