KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 

That WE, ENRIETA ANDAYA VALDEZ, ROLANDO ANDAYA, and ALFREDO ANDAYA JR. all of legal age, Filipinos, residents of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, all are children of the late  Alfredo Andaya  and all are the lawful owners of a parcel of land situated at Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows:

 

“An agricultural  parcel of  land, known as lot no. 835-A Pls 248 with a Tax Declaration no. of A-15-0001-01967 containing an area of TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY TWO    SQUARE METERS  ( 27,522 SQ.M.); with boundaries at NE- along line  1-2 by lot no. 834, Pls 248; SE- along line  2-3 by road; SW- along line  3-4 by lot no. 835-B, Csd-09-03-000217; W- along line  4-1 by lot no. 836, Pls 248.

That for in consideration of the sum of SIXTY THOUSAND  PESOS ONLY (P60,000.00) to us in hand paid to our entire satisfaction by DONNA JANE B. SANTANDER, married to Richard M. Santander, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee her/his/their heirs  by assigning an area of  FIFTEEN  THOUSAND  SQUARE METERS (15,000 SQ.M.) more or less, to be taken from the above described parcel of land with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, We have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of  ____, 2012 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
