DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

              That WE, SABTAL D. ESTEBAN, JIMMY D. ESTEBAN  and JAMIL AMINOLA all of legal age, Filipinos,  resident of Kitabog, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay are the lawful owners of a parcel of land as per document / agreement  presented from the office of the Barangay Captain and acknowledged by Atty.                                                     having Doc. No. ____  Page no. _____  Book No._____  Series No. ______, and situated at Kitabog  Titay,  Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows: 

  That for in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P50,000.00) to us in hand paid to our entire satisfaction by ABDURAHIM (Wynn Love) E. ESPINOZA, married to Elvira Esteban Espinoza of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Kitabog, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee,  his heirs by assigning an area of  FOUR HUNDRED  SQUARE METERS (400 SQ.M.) more or less to be taken from the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.
