DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, LORENZA LABIANO, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, one of the co-owners of the lot in the name of Jose Labiano et al with an area assigned to me of Fifteen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy One Square Meters (15,471 sq.m.) located at Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay more particularly described as follows:

“An agricultural parcel of  land, having a Title E-16,123, declared in the name of  Jose Labiano et al  containing an area of SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED  FIFTY SIX SQUARE METERS  (77,356 SQ.M.) more or less; with boundaries at North – along line 1-2 by lot 1624; NE- along line 2-3 by road; SE- along line 3-4 by road; S- along line 4-5 by lot 1631; W- along line 5-1 by lot 1628. 

That for in consideration of the sum of FORTY THOUSAND  PESOS ONLY (P40,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by JASON M. PABLO, married to Annabelle S. Pablo, Filipino and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee her/his heirs by assigning an area of  THREE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE SQUARE METERS (325 SQ.M. or 13M. X 25 M.) more or less, to be taken from the area due for me from the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.
