DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

That I, CLARITA PACATANG of legal age, Filipino, married and resident of Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, after having duly sworn do hereby depose and say: 

That I am  the Administrative of the properties of the late, Leoncia Asilo Mariano per General Power of Attorney dated on the____day of ______________at ______________________and notarized before ____________________, Notary public and entered in this notarial register as Doc. No. ____; Page no. _____; Book no. _____; Series of _____, over a parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

“A residential parcel of  land known as lot no. 34-R, Psd-09-023156, with Title no. T-29,923, containing an area of FOUR HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (400 SQ.M.), Bounded on the North- along line   4-5easement of right of way 6.00 m. wide, portion of lot 34-N, along line  5-6 by easement of right of way 6.00 m. wide portion of lot 34-O, on the East-   along line  6-1 by lot 34 P, on the South-   along line  1-2 by lot no. 34-Q, along line  2-3 by lot no. 34-T, on the West-   along line  3-4 by lot no. 34-S, all of the subd. plan. 

            That for in consideration of the sum of SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P70,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by FIL MARK C. PARANGAN married to Virginia M. Parangan, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Purok Acacia, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee, his heirs by assigning an area of FOUR HUNDRED  SQUARE METERS ( 400 SQ.M.) with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.
