DEED OF DONATION

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Instrument is made and executed this 31st  day of January  , 2017 at Titay Zamboanga Sibugay by and between:

GRACELYN A. FALCATAN, Filipino, of legal age, presently married to Ryan Dennis B. Falcatan and a resident of Kitabog, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter referred to as the DONOR and

CAMANGA ALLIANCE CHURCH, a religious affiliation and located in the same address, referred to as the DONEE, withnesseeth that:

The DONOR is the owner of a parcel  of land with a Title no. E-44,185, having a lot no. 10132-C, Psd-09-062927- Ar/Vlt situated at Camanga, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, containing an area of TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE SQUARE METERS (2,705 sq. m.), bounded on N- along line 4-1 by lot 10132-B, Psd-09-062927-AR/Vlt; E- along line 1-2 by Timberland; S- along line 2-3 by crook (8.00m. wide) and W- along line 3-4 by lot 10132-D, Psd-09-062927-Ar Vlt points 3-4 by lot no. 809-D. Portion of this lot along line 2-3 is a legal easement of 20.00m. wide. 

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE, the former does hereby conveys by way of DONATION  a  TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE SQUARE METERS (2,705 sq. m.) of the above described parcels of land, free from any lien, conflict  and encumbrance whatsoever;

That for purposes of giving full effect to this DONATION, the DONOR does hereby manifests that he/she has reserved for himself/herself and his/her family certain properties sufficient for their basic needs in life;

The DONEE hereby accepts the above DONATION and expresses his/their/her thanks and gratitude for his/her kindness and liberality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES HEREUNTO SET THEIR HANDS AT Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay this ____ day of _________, 2017
