DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

That I, ,  children of the late Edom B. Bedulay, widow, all of legal age, Filipinos, residents of Sta. Fe, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, and all are the lawful owners of a parcel of land situated at STa. Fe, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows: 

“A residential parcel of  land known as lot no. 10915, Pls 248 , with Title no. P-39,616,  containing an area of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE SQUARE METERS  ( 25,705 SQ.M.), bounded on the North-  along line  5-6-1 by road; on the SE-   along line  1-2-3 by Tugop Barrio Site, Ts-313; on the SW--   along line  3-4-5 by Kipit River. 

            That for in consideration of the sum of FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY           ( P15,000.00) to us in hand paid to our entire satisfaction by SAYDINA L. MODIM, married to Gena T. Modim, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Sta. Fe, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee, his heirs by assigning an area of SIX HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (600 SQ.M.) more or less to be taken from the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.
