DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

That I, Sp. DEVIN ZULUETA DULMAN, of legal age, married to Emilena P. Dulman, Filipino, resident of Batayan, Kalawit, Zamboanga del Norte and owner of a parcel of land as per Sale of Real Rights and Improvements with Doc no. 177; Page No. 15; Book no. 18 and series of 2013 particularly described as follows: 

“An unsurveyed/ forestal portion of land containing an area of 15,000 square meters (more or less), bounded on the North by a certain Cacang; on the South- by a certain Sarajen; on the East-  by Antonio Somogod and Motong Lumayaf and on the West- by a certain Sarajen.”

That for in consideration of the sum of FIFTY  THOUSAND  PESOS ONLY  (P50,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by MARIO C. TORMIS., married to Sherlita F. Tormis of legal age, Filipino and resident of Banigaw, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee the above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances. 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this ___  day of  __________, 2020 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
