DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE


KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 

That WE, ESPERANZA MIDE and HELEN MIDE, widow and married respectively, all of legal age, Filipinos,  both are residents of Palomoc, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay and the lawful owners of a parcel of land situated at Palomoc,Titay,  Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of  land with Tax Declaration no. A-15-0021-00195, known as lot no. 809-D, Psd-09-006326 , with a Title no. T-31,448 containing an area of SIXTY TWO THOUSAND SQUARE METERS  (60,000 SQ. M.) Zamboanga Sibugay, bounded on the  North – along lines points 1-2 by lot no. 808, Pls 248 ; East – along line  2-3 by lot no. 807, Pls 248; Sotheast – along points 3-4 by lot no. 809-D.

            That for in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND  PESOS ONLY (P30,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by my son, BENEDICTO P. MIDE, married to Everitte Sibud, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Palomoc, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee,  his heirs by assigning an area of  SIX THOUSAND  SQUARE METERS (6,000 SQ.M.), known as lot no. 809-D-1, as per approved subdivision plan and to be taken from the  above described parcel of land  with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of  ________, 2012 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
