DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WE,  DOMINADOR B. RINGON, BONIFACIA RINGON ESPIRITU, ROGELIO B. RINGON, LUZVIMINDA RINGON JAVELLANA, VERGILIO B. RINGON and  ROSEMARIE RINGON LAGARE of legal age, all are  residents of Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, and children of the late Jose Ringon and lawful owners of a parcel of land situated at Namnama, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, more particularly described as follows: 

“A parcel of  land having a title no. E-36,854 with a lot no. of 822-C, Csd-09-003206, having a Tax Declaration no. of A-15-00019-00336, containing an area of TWENTY THOUSAND  SQUARE METERS (20,000 SQ.M.) bounded on SN- along line  by lot no. 825; NW- along line  3-4 by lot no. 822; SE- along line 4-1 by lot 824 of subd. Plan.” 

That for in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P200,000.00) to us in hand paid to our entire satisfaction by CESEL VINA NEIRRAS, single, of  legal age, Filipino and resident of Purok Mansanitas, Poblacion, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY unto the said vendee, his/her heirs by assigning an area of SIX HUNDRED FOURTEEN SQUARE METERS (614 SQ.M.) to be taken from the above described parcel of land with all the improvements found thereon, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, WE have hereunto set our hands this ____ day of  ____, 2016 at Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, Philippines.
