DEED OF DONATION

 

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Instrument is made and executed this  1st  day of September 2009 at Titay Zamboanga Sibugay by and between:

1.    HERIBERTO P. BIOLANGO, Filipino, of legal age, presently married and a resident of San Antonio, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, hereinafter reffered to as the DONOR and

2.    MENZE  BIOLANGO MOHAMMAD, of legal age, married, a resident of the same locality, referred to as the DONEE, withnesseeth that:

The DONOR is the owner of unsurveyed parcels  of land, as per Deed of Sale with a Doc. No. 304; Page no. 62; Book no. XV;  Serries of 2006, having a Tax Declaration no. 06436, situated at San Antonio, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay, containing an area of more or less THIRTY THOUSAND SQUARE METERS  (30,000 SQ.M.), with boundaries at North-  by Bienvenido G. Vidad;     East- by Modesto Biolango Sr.   South-   By Domingo Jumawan; West-   by Rudy Biolango.   And the other parcel adjacent to the latter is unsurveyed and undeclared with an area of TWENTY THOUSAND SQUARE METERS (20,000 sq.m.), having boundaries at North-  by Ernesto Vidal;  South-   by Ernesto Vidal; East-   by Loreto Bulahan; West-   by Aripen Camac.

That for and in consideration of the love and affection which the DONOR has for the DONEE, the former does hereby conveys by way of DONATION  a  TWELVE THOUSAND  FIVE HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (12,500 sq.m.) to be taken from the above described parcels of land, free from any lien, conflict  and encumbrance whatsoever;   

That for purposes of giving full effect to this DONATION, the DONOR does hereby manifests that he has reserved for himself and his family certain properties sufficient for their basic needs in life;

The DONEE hereby accepts the above DONATION and expresses his/their thanks and gratitude for his kindness and liberality.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES HEREUNTO SET THEIR HANDS AT Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay this 1st  day of September, 2009.
