DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We, ORLANDO PEKILAN and YOLANDA PEKILAN of legal age, Filipinos, resident of Camanga, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay and the owner of portion of a parcel of land as per Extrajudicial Partition of the Estate of the Late Ceriaco Paculba by Atty. Sael with PTR No. 1709895 dated ‘01/06/09; doc no. 620; page no. 25; book no. 16 and series of 2009   which is more particularly described as follows:   “A parcel of   land, identified as lot no. unsurveyed area, situated at Malagandis, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay (formerly Zamboanga del Sur).   Bounded on the North by Mateo Romano; on the South by Perfecto Tutuan; on the West by Benvenido Mendez; and on the East by Rica Romano. Containing an area of SIXTY THOUSAND (60,000) Square Meters, more or less.”   That for in consideration of the sum of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY   (P30,000.00) to me in hand paid to my entire satisfaction by JOECELYN P.
