DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That We, ORLANDO PEKILAN and YOLANDA PEKILAN of legal age, Filipinos, resident of Camanga, Titay, Zamboanga Sibugay and the owner of portion of a parcel of land as per Extrajudicial Partition of the Estate of the Late Ceriaco Paculba by Atty.
